Hired this guy Kevin Rollings from Charlotte NC to apply the epoxy floor coating I ordered and discussed everything over the phone beforehand. He arrived an hour late to my house and was excited that my building had a brand new floor and he looked at the epoxy I ordered and stated it was really good stuff. He applied it and it was wet when he left. The next day I go out to check it and it was awful. He put too much of the non-skid product on some areas, not enough on others making it very slick and unsafe, not to mention horrible looking. When I tried to contact him he took his time getting back saying his Mother was ill. I sent my concern for his Mother and ask that he call me. He started out only wanting to text. Eventually he finally called at which time he became extremely defensive and threatening me. He actually said that he finds people coming out of grocery stores with their Grandchildren when he beats their ass. He is the most sloppy, unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. After many texts back and forth he claims that he told me a second coat was needed but I refused to pay him for it.Seriously? Why would I spend all the money on the materials for a building I just paid 50 thousand dollars to have built to only agree to pay for one coating? He is nothing but a liar who took 800 dollars from me and now I have to find a real "professional" to come in and do it right. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
